Over the 1st weekend of the month, we were tourist guides to my aunt and her colleagues. They are all folks from Putrajaya (the Malaysians would know what’s their occupation). I took on the challenge and ended up a very tired guide. Dad, although was fresh from being discharged from the hospital was the driver for the weekend. He had offered his services before he was admitted to the hospital. He was honouring his words.
We had lots of fun on our own, especially at Sentosa’s Images of Singapore. For the very first time, we took the Singapore Flyer after it’s famous breakdown on 20th Dec 08 (I remember the date ‘cos we were in KL that week). Also, after it opened in 1994, it was our virgin visit to the Night Safari too!
I had lots of fun and memories being a tour guide that weekend, though I think I could have done much better to a smaller and younger group. Perhaps, the next time if anyone wants a tour, I’ll limit it to only 2 couples max in a group. Haha.
Let the photos do the justice.
