Hello, you

In being domestic for the weekend, I had a terrible set-back. I started to ache from my waist down. It wasn’t so bad on Saturday but it brought me down yesterday. Kalau nak attack, just come lah, don’t make me ache for you!

And so today marks the 1st day of 2 new months, September as well as the Islamic month of Ramadhan. I hope my fellow Muslim friends are able to see through this month with lots patience. It being the 1st day of the month, I just heard the monthly test on the sirens of our Civil Defence. Do you hear it? Every 1st of the month at exactly 12 noon, the sirens will be tested; but they sound like chimes cos it’s just a monthly test. If every month it were to sound off the sirens, wouldn’t we panic every month? Hahaha

The weather’s been pretty moody, don’t you think? Yesterday, it was so sunny but not til the afternoon, it rained like crazy. Then the sun came out, but not for long again. Oh well, at least my whites got their fair share of the sun and the rain, yet still are dry. That, makes me happy.

Since Saturday night, we noticed there are 2 trolleys at the foot of our block. What’s weird about the 2 trolleys is that, we are no where near any of the stores! I show you a picture I took.

IKEA in Toa Payoh?!

IKEA in Toa Payoh?!

I know that IKEA has their new store in Tampines and Alexandra’s store has always been around. But, is there a new IKEA in Toa Payoh? You might want to tell me how these 2 get here.
